Cian Murphy is an award winning journalist covering Gaelic Games since 1993 and who is still actively involved in the GAA. A Dublin native, he plays senior football with Templeogue Synge Street GFC and won an intermediate football championship medal in 2007. He also won a Dublin intermediate hurling championship with Kevin's Hurling Club in 2002.
